List a property with us for free. If you can use facebook then you can use this site. Simply Register with us, or Sign In if you are already a member. Then upload a brief description of your house (pictures as well) and set your price (we can help with how much your house is currently worth).
If you are a first time buyer or ready to move and don't have a deposit or money for fees then we have a selection of properties with at least 5% deposit paid and up to 10% deposit paid as well as fees. This scheme is especially helpful now 100% Mortgages and 95% Mortgages are no longer available. The deposit we pay is then yours to keep if you choose to sell and move on. This scheme is now available to Buy To Let Deposit paid investors.
